1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Auri (formerly ASTORAI), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application. Auri is developed and operated by Gürkan Tüzmen, an individual developer based in Turkey.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Auri. By using the application, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. Description of Service

Auri is a relationship and companion AI application that provides:

  • AI Companion: Personalized conversations with an AI companion powered by artificial intelligence
  • Personality Analysis: Analysis of your personality traits based on your interactions
  • User Matching: Matching with real users based on personality compatibility

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One person may only maintain one account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Auri for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Share explicit, offensive, or harmful content
  • Attempt to manipulate the AI system or matching algorithms
  • Create fake profiles or impersonate others
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
  • Collect or harvest data from other users without consent
  • Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization

6. AI Companion Disclaimer

The AI companion feature is powered by artificial intelligence and is intended for entertainment and companionship purposes. Please understand that:

  • The AI companion is not a real person and does not have feelings, consciousness, or personal experiences.
  • AI responses are generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or helpful.
  • The AI companion should not be used as a substitute for professional advice, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
  • If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact local emergency services or a mental health professional.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Auri may offer free and premium subscription tiers.
  • Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective app store's policies.
  • Refund requests should be directed to the app store where the purchase was made.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing and subscription features with reasonable notice.

8. User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you create and share within Auri.
  • By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service (including AI conversations and matching).
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Auri application, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content), belong to Gürkan Tüzmen. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Auri is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or outcomes of AI companion interactions or user matches.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for the actions, behavior, or conduct of other users you interact with through the matching feature.

11. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@auri.app.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.
  • Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Auri after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Kullanım Koşulları

1. Koşulların Kabulü

Auri'yi (eski adıyla ASTORAI) indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarına bağlı olmayı kabul edersiniz. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, uygulamayı kullanmayınız. Auri, Türkiye merkezli bireysel geliştirici Gürkan Tüzmen tarafından geliştirilmekte ve işletilmektedir.

2. Uygunluk

Auri'yi kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmanız gerekmektedir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu yaş gereksinimini karşıladığınızı beyan ve taahhüt edersiniz. 18 yaşından küçük olduğu tespit edilen kullanıcıların hesaplarını sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır.

3. Hizmet Tanımı

Auri, aşağıdakileri sunan bir ilişki ve yapay zeka arkadaşlık uygulamasıdır:

  • Yapay Zeka Arkadaş: Yapay zeka tarafından desteklenen kişiselleştirilmiş sohbetler
  • Kişilik Analizi: Etkileşimlerinize dayalı kişilik özelliklerinizin analizi
  • Kullanıcı Eşleştirme: Kişilik uyumluluğuna dayalı gerçek kullanıcılarla eşleştirme

4. Kullanıcı Hesapları

  • Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
  • Hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm faaliyetlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
  • Hesabınızı oluştururken doğru ve eksiksiz bilgi sağlamalısınız.
  • Hesabınızın yetkisiz kullanımını derhal bize bildirmelisiniz.
  • Bir kişi yalnızca bir hesap açabilir.

5. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

  • Auri'yi yasa dışı bir amaçla veya geçerli yasaları ihlal ederek kullanmak
  • Diğer kullanıcıları taciz etmek, istismar etmek, tehdit etmek veya yıldırmak
  • Açık, saldırgan veya zararlı içerik paylaşmak
  • Yapay zeka sistemini veya eşleştirme algoritmalarını manipüle etmeye çalışmak
  • Sahte profiller oluşturmak veya başkalarının kimliğine bürünmek
  • Hizmetle etkileşim kurmak için otomatik sistemler, botlar veya betikler kullanmak
  • Uygulamanın herhangi bir bölümünü tersine mühendislik yapmak, çözmek veya ayrıştırmak
  • Diğer kullanıcılardan izinsiz veri toplamak
  • Hizmeti yetkilendirme olmadan ticari amaçlarla kullanmak

6. Yapay Zeka Arkadaş Sorumluluk Reddi

Yapay zeka arkadaş özelliği yapay zeka tarafından desteklenmektedir ve eğlence ve arkadaşlık amacıyla tasarlanmıştır. Lütfen şunları anlayın:

  • Yapay zeka arkadaş gerçek bir kişi değildir ve duyguları, bilinci veya kişisel deneyimleri yoktur.
  • Yapay zeka yanıtları algoritmik olarak üretilir ve her zaman doğru, uygun veya yararlı olmayabilir.
  • Yapay zeka arkadaş, tıbbi, psikolojik, hukuki veya mali tavsiyeler dahil olmak üzere profesyonel tavsiye yerine geçmemelidir.
  • Ruh sağlığı krizi yaşıyorsanız, lütfen yerel acil servisler veya bir ruh sağlığı uzmanıyla iletişime geçin.

7. Abonelikler ve Ödemeler

  • Auri, ücretsiz ve premium abonelik katmanları sunabilir.
  • Abonelikler, Google Play Store veya Apple App Store üzerinden RevenueCat aracılığıyla yönetilir.
  • Ödeme koşulları, yenileme ve iptal, ilgili uygulama mağazasının politikalarına tabidir.
  • İade talepleri, satın alma işleminin yapıldığı uygulama mağazasına yönlendirilmelidir.
  • Makul bir bildirimle fiyatlandırma ve abonelik özelliklerini değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır.

8. Kullanıcı Tarafından Oluşturulan İçerik

  • Auri içinde oluşturduğunuz ve paylaştığınız içeriğin mülkiyeti size aittir.
  • Hizmeti kullanarak, hizmeti sunmak için (yapay zeka sohbetleri ve eşleştirme dahil) içeriğinizi işlememiz için bize sınırlı bir lisans verirsiniz.
  • Bu koşulları ihlal eden içeriği kaldırma hakkımız saklıdır.

9. Fikri Mülkiyet

Auri uygulamasındaki tasarım, kod, algoritmalar, marka ve içerik (kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulan içerik hariç) dahil tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları Gürkan Tüzmen'e aittir. Önceden yazılı izin almadan kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, dağıtamaz veya türev eserler oluşturamazsınız.

10. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde:

  • Auri, hiçbir türde garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "müsait olduğu şekilde" sunulmaktadır.
  • Yapay zeka arkadaş etkileşimlerinin veya kullanıcı eşleşmelerinin doğruluğunu, kalitesini veya sonuçlarını garanti etmiyoruz.
  • Hizmeti kullanmanızdan kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan veya cezai tazminatlardan sorumlu değiliz.
  • Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ay içinde hizmet için ödediğiniz tutarı aşmayacaktır.
  • Eşleştirme özelliği aracılığıyla etkileşim kurduğunuz diğer kullanıcıların eylemlerinden, davranışlarından veya tutumlarından sorumlu değiliz.

11. Hesap Sonlandırma

  • Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama ayarlarından veya support@auri.app adresine başvurarak silebilirsiniz.
  • Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları kendi takdirimize bağlı olarak askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır.
  • Sonlandırma üzerine, kişisel verileriniz Gizlilik Politikamıza uygun olarak 30 gün içinde silinecektir.

12. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına göre yönetilir ve yorumlanır. Bu koşullardan doğan herhangi bir uyuşmazlık, Türkiye mahkemelerinin münhasır yetki alanına tabi olacaktır.

13. Koşullardaki Değişiklikler

Bu Kullanım Koşullarını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama üzerinden bildireceğiz. Değişikliklerden sonra Auri'yi kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
